Client Representation

The majority of the law practice is representation of Sellers, Buyers and Lenders in residential real estate conveyancing. We typically charge flat fees for our services. Our level of involvement may vary depending on a client's request. Whether you are selling, buying or are a lender, we work closely with all of our clients throughout the conveyance process.

Below is a general description of services for Buyer, Seller and Lender representation.

Seller Representation

A flat fee is charged for representing a Seller. The fee includes preparation, negotiating and final review with the client of the purchase and sale agreement, preparation of the Deed and attendance at the closing.

Buyer Representation

A flat fee is charged for representing a Buyer. The fee includes negotiating and final review with the client of the purchase and sale agreement, review of closing documents and if requested, attendance at the closing.

Mortgage Lending Services

We work with local and national lenders. Our office utilizes cloud based software which is routinely updated with the most recent compliance requirements. We are committed to providing properly executed documents in a timely manner while offering friendly and efficient service to the lender's customer. The Law Office of Catherine A.
